Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World
Like Mary, we as women long to sit at the Lord's feet but the demands of a busy world won't leave us alone. Like Martha, we love Jesus and want to serve him, yet we struggle with weariness, resentment, feelings of inadequacy, and other emotions. In this discussion based study, we will examine where we are at, where we'd like to be, and support each other in the journey of drawing closer to our Lord: deepening our devotion, strengthening our service, and doing both with less stress and greater joy.
